Using modern lines and shapes, the project reinterpreted the use of materials like copper and brick, making it possible to create modern and elegant color solutions. According to the creators, the architecture of the residential complex will be a harmonious addition to the surrounding development of the area, all without violating its integrity. The residential complex includes apartments with one, two, three and four rooms, ranging from 41 to 130 m2.
