Victory Park Residences

Moscow, Bratyev Fonchenko Street, 9

This is a deluxe-class luxury residential complex, consisting of 8 secluded buildings located in Dorogomilovo and bordered by a huge park. They offer unique panoramic views of Moscow, spacious private territories and generous infrastructure, all designed with each of the residents in mind.

About the project

The laconic architectural design of the elite complex was developed by the Sergey Skuratov Bureau. Adhering to the framework of modern aesthetics, Victory Park Residences inevitably look to the future, a philosophy which applies to both the design and the entire infrastructural concept of the project. This includes its own shopping and entertainment complex, «Victory Gallery»; a private and secure Victory Garden Park that allows you to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city; and all kinds of services, including its own kindergarten and much more. All of these elements make Victory Park Residences a center of harmony and comfort in a private historical environment near Kutuzovsky Prospekt and Victory Park. It is not for nothing that the slogan of the residential complex proclaims the values «Generosity. Care. Love».
